Stratus Capital, LLC is an Ohio company. We structure and manage shared ownership of business jets for owners in Northeast Ohio.

Our approach

Built to be simple to own

Private aviation is often sold with complexity. We take it out.

The aircraft is based in Cleveland. The program is built for business owners in Northeast Ohio. You can see the jet and meet the people who run it.

Four owners per aircraft, no more. A small group keeps scheduling manageable and decisions clear.

You hold a deeded interest through your own LLC. The agreements spell out every right and obligation. Your attorney sees all of it before you sign.

One flat monthly fee and one hourly rate that includes fuel. Maintenance is covered by the program, not billed per event.

An FAA Part 135 certificated operator handles crew, maintenance and scheduling. We handle the ownership program.

Purchase or lease with an option to own. Clear exit paths, including a structured buy-back option in the first five years.

Clear roles

Party	Role
Stratus Capital	Structures each aircraft program. Serves as manager of the owner LLCs. Handles program administration and is your point of contact.
Management partner	A certificated aircraft management company (FAA Part 135) handles crew, maintenance coordination, scheduling and charter operations. For the current Learjet 40XR, that partner is Sky Quest of Cleveland. The program is designed to work with other qualified management companies as we add aircraft.
Owners	Each owns an LLC that holds a deeded 25% interest in the aircraft, and uses the aircraft under the program agreements.

Stratus Capital, LLC is not an air carrier and does not operate flights.
